Terms of Use
These terms apply to access to and use of V2Ray Q&A Hub. Read the following scope and responsibility information before using our resources, downloading clients, or changing network settings.
1. Site Purpose and Scope
We provide download guidance, installation instructions, configuration tutorials, and troubleshooting help for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. This content is for educational and technical reference only. We do not develop these applications, provide nodes, subscription accounts, or network access, or grant authorization or make commitments on behalf of any open-source project.
Settings and examples on this site explain how to perform specific tasks; they are not solutions guaranteed to work on every device or network. Before applying them, consider your client version, core, and device permissions. By continuing to use this site, you acknowledge these limitations.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction relevant to your use, as well as the policies of your organization, school, and network provider. Do not use this site’s materials or related software unlawfully, or for unauthorized access, disrupting network operations, or violating anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
Before making changes, confirm that you are authorized to use the device, network, and relevant settings. Keep subscription links, account credentials, and configuration files secure; do not expose sensitive information in public logs or screenshots. Get any required authorization before changing someone else’s device or a shared network.
3. Third-Party Software and Services
The relevant software is provided by its respective open-source project. Refer to the project and the software’s accompanying documentation for its features, maintenance status, system requirements, and license terms. Download guidance or a feature overview on this site does not guarantee compatibility with your setup or endorse the quality of any third-party subscription or service.
Clients, cores, and external services may update independently, changing interface labels, parameter meanings, or available features. If something differs, check the current software documentation rather than applying an old configuration as-is. Users must resolve billing, account, and service disputes directly with the relevant provider.
4. Risks and Limitation of Liability
This site provides content on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be complete, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or that pages, download channels, or third-party software will remain available. Network failures, project changes, and other factors beyond our control may interrupt access; example configurations may also produce different results in different environments.
To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, failed configurations, data loss, or other damages resulting from reliance on its content, use of software, or third-party services. Back up your existing settings and keep a recovery method before changing routing, DNS, or network interception settings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits doing so.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
All rights to each client, core, its name and logo, and related code belong to their respective owners. Use, modification, and distribution of open-source software are subject to their respective license terms. Our descriptions and links do not change ownership or grant trademark or other rights beyond those licenses.
Original explanatory text and page designs on this site are protected by law. When quoting them, credit the source and preserve the original technical meaning; confirm that you have any required permission before reproducing or reusing them. Follow any separate license notices for third-party materials, and do not remove required copyright or license notices.
6. Updates and Help with Use
We may revise these terms when the scope of our content, how we provide services, or applicable rules change. The updated text and revision month will be posted on this page. Unless otherwise required by law, revisions apply to use after publication and do not retroactively diminish rights users have already acquired by law.
Review this page before taking important actions. If you do not accept the applicable terms, stop using the relevant services. For operational questions, consult the Help Center or Quick Start Guide and follow its troubleshooting instructions. For personal legal advice, consult a qualified professional.
